Atlantic Salmon Life Cycle
Anadromous: live in saltwater, migrate to freshwater to reproduce. Eggs in gravel beds, alevins, fry, smolts, adults returning to spawn.

Rich, oily flavor, firm texture. Grilled, baked, poached, smoked, sushi, sashimi. Excellent source of Omega-3s, protein, Vitamin D. Look for sustainable sources (MSC).
